Throughout the years, they have perfected their techniques, consistently winning prestigious competitions and paying homage to their rich heritage.
Velvety custard flavors with rich umami and a hint of bitterness for a bolder, nuanced taste experience
Ame: Bold, Creamy, and Complex
Ame offers a flavor profile similar to Kumo, with a velvety custard-like taste and rich umami notes. However, it is distinguished by a slight bitterness, providing a bolder, more complex taste experience. The balance of umami and mild bitterness creates a smooth, creamy mouthfeel that is both satisfying and nuanced.
EGCG and L-Theanine for immunity, stress relief, and focus
Ame: Antioxidant-Rich, Calm & Focused
Ame Matcha is rich in antioxidants, particularly catechins like EGCG, which help fight free radicals and promote overall health. These antioxidants support immune function and may reduce the risk of chronic diseases. Additionally, Ame contains L-Theanine, an amino acid that promotes a calm, focused state of mind. L-Theanine enhances alpha brain wave activity, which can help reduce stress and improve concentration, making Ame not only a delicious but also a beneficial choice for both relaxation and mental clarity.
