Orders and Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery within the same state takes 2-4 business days, while interstate shipping ranges from 3-6 business days for regular post. Express post takes 1-2 business days within the same state and 1-3 business days interstate.
To create an account, simply click the “Account” icon at the top of our homepage, fill in your details, and hit “Create Account.” It’s as easy as whisking up a bowl of matcha!
Log into your account, go to the “My Account” section, and update your shipping details under “Addresses.” Make sure to double-check before confirming.
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click the link in the email or log into your account to track your order status.
We prioritize your privacy and security. We do not store your credit card information on our systems. Your payment details are securely processed through our trusted payment gateway.
Sales tax is applied based on your location and the product you purchase. All taxes are calculated during checkout.
Currently, we ship locally in Australia and our New Zealand neighbour.
Where possible, we consolidate your order into one package. However, if items are backorders, they may arrive separately without further shipping cost.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. However, for matcha powders, returns are limited due to their perishable nature. Please contact our support for specific cases.
Oops, we’re sorry about that! Please contact us with your order details and a photo of the incorrect item. We’ll send you the right one ASAP.
If your order is damaged, send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.
For approved returns, we will provide you with the appropriate mailing address. Always include proof of purchase with your return.

If you realize your address is incorrect, contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update the address. If it’s already shipped, we may have limited options, so act quickly.
We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within the same day, we may be able to modify or cancel it before shipment.
