Processing Time:

We’re pretty quick around here, so we get your order rolling within 1 day. If you order before 8:00 PM today, we’ll have it booked for pick up the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

We use AusPost and other couriers to send your precious matcha to you.

Regular Courier Post (Authority To Leave): $6.99
“Authority to leave” means the driver is allowed to leave the package at your place without anyone there to receive it, as long as it’s in a safe spot.

  • Interstate: 3-6 business days
  • Covers all of Australia

Australia Post (Regular + Signature): $14.99
“Signature required” means that when your package is delivered, someone needs to be there to sign for it. This ensures that the package is handed directly to a person, rather than being left unattended. If no one is available to sign for the package, the delivery driver will usually leave a card with instructions on how to collect it. This might involve picking it up from a nearby post office or scheduling a redelivery. The package won’t be left unattended.

Australia Post Express Post: $14.99 (+$3.00 For Signature)
AusPost Express is our fastest postal delivery option. Do note that for some postal codes, we can’t guarantee next-business-day delivery. Please check below for eligible next-business-day delivery postcodes. By default, Express Post comes with authority to leave, meaning your package can be left at your door if no one is home. If you’d prefer to require a signature or have the package held at the post office for collection, you can add $3.00 to your order for this service. We want to ensure your delivery preferences are fully met.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, the selected shipping method, and the nature of the items ordered.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Ujiha is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

Ujiha is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:

We only send to New Zealand at this stage.

We offer the regular post at a rate of $15.99 for international orders. The regular post takes 5 – 8 business days.

Our express post option costs $30.99 and it will take 2 – 5 business days.
